By doing click in "finish reservation", Hotel Modernobcn promises to guarantee the reservation, excepting if we realize that your data are wrong o it is a group reservation. We remind you that for reserving more than 5 rooms, it is necessary to contact with the booking department (see section "contacting"). In case of masked group reservation (more than 5 rooms, although they were done in different bookings), Hotel Modernobcn reserves the right to cancel your reservation and offer group rates. You state that our conditions have been read by you.

1. Cancellation Policy:

General:

-Your reservation can be modified or cancelled without penalties within 24 hours before your arrival day, except if there is a special rate which indicates the opposite ( for instance "early booking discount" or some relevant city events which are non refundables).

- Any subsequent cancellation or "no show" would mean the charge of the first night of your reserved stay to your credit card. Hotel Modernobcn reserves the right to modify this special policy, according to room nights (applying group policy).

- At any other case, there won´t be other charge and payment will be done at the reception on check-out day.

Special conditions for each rate:

- Special Offer : INCLUDES: Breakfast buffet. If there is a special rate for reserving more than 3 nights, it means these 3 nights stay must be honored. In case of early check-out , Hotel Modernobcn reserves the right to apply regular rates for one night.

2. Check-in and Check-out time:

Check-in time : 02:00 pm. In the event you expect to arrive later than 11:00 pm we beg you to conctact us by phone, fax or e-mail. Check-out time: 12.00 pm (noon).

3. Children are wellcome:

Up to 2 years old (inclusive), a child (1) can be accommodated, free of charge into a room with an extra bed or cot.

4. Privacy and personal data protection:

Your credit card details are requested only for guarantee your reservation. If conditions from paragraph 1 are not broken, they will be removed from our system once check-out have been done. All your personal details provided by you, they will be treat confidentially and added to a file with only advertising purposes. This file is property of Hotel Moderno, S.L. and they will be not transferred or given to someone else under no circumstances.
